[ Oh yeah, screw going back to bed. Noctis is wide awake, and he's quick to nod. ]

Pretty sure I do.

C'mon.

[ With a sudden pep in his step, Noctis leads the way inside, heading straight for the kitchen. ]

[inside they go again, prompto immediately with his arm around noctis again. this sudden idea that they are, in fact, sharing memories from a time together in some whatever parallel universe--but not only that, considering they were to have been monster hunter partners?]

[prompto can't hide his enthusiasm at all]

D'you want me to tell you about the chocobo farm or the caravan? Maybe more about Chill Satan?

[ Noctis can't ignore the daunting first memory of that Crystal-- He's sure he'll have his moments where he's still shaken about it, because it's terrifying. Knowing that Prompto came from the same alternate universe brings up a lot more questions about that Crystal, but there's enough comfort in the mutual placement that he isn't panicky anymore.

He leans against his friend as they walk inside, Noctis underneath Prompto's arm. They only separate when they reach the kitchen, and Noctis starts going through the cupboards. ]

Ardyn says that my buddy Chill Satan actually doesn't like humans too much, which would explain why I remembered fighting him. It? Dunno what pronoun to use. In any case, I did remember there being a whole lot of flames.
