I don't think my old pair of yellow shooting glasses would fit anymore but I might be able to find grandma's

there are programs you can download on your computer that cut out the blue light in screens too
think theyre free...

were the screens better for our eyes when retrospec stole blue

ive been getting headaches when im on my laptop too long
